Come along for this hatha-based yoga class to stretch, destress and rejuvenate. This class is suitable for all levels, and is perfect if you want to improve your overall fitness AND get the benefits besides asanas (relaxation/breathing/meditation). This class is at Friends Meeting House: 12A Queen Parade, Harrogate HG1 5PP. The venue is following the full government guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Booking is now essential for classes as spaces are limited. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. STUDIO COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE STUDIO IF YOU ARE SUFFERING WITH ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. To ensure a safe experience please arrive wearing a mask and use hand sanitizer before entering the room. Wear a face covering when entering and until the class starts and refit it when the class is finished; it is not necessary to wear a face covering in class unless you prefer to do so. Please bring you own mat if possible. Mats will be provided if needed, please sanitize before and after use. Please observe social distancing at all times.
