Yoga class for people of all levels who aspire to greater strength and flexibility. This hatha-based class is perfect for anyone who enjoys a challenge and wants to improve overall fitness, prevent injury and compliment other physical activities such as climbing, cycling, running, cross-fit etc. Open to all levels, expect to feel worked out in the end! This class is held at The Fitness Garage: Rear of, 117 E Parade, Harrogate HG1 5LR. Between a tattoo studio and Plan Harrogate. The venue is following the full government guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Booking is now essential for classes as spaces are limited. A 12-hour cancellation policy applies. STUDIO COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE STUDIO IF YOU ARE SUFFERING WITH ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. To ensure a safe experience please arrive wearing a mask and use hand sanitizer before entering the room. Wear a face covering when entering and until the class starts and refit it when the class is finished; it is not necessary to wear a face covering in class unless you prefer to do so. Please bring you own mat if possible. Mats will be provided if needed, please sanitize before and after use. Please observe social distancing at all times.
